Judi Boyko, Butler County Administrator:

• Boyko did not request board resolution to solicit for a contract position in the finance dept.
• Boyko solicited Jenni Logan for an unadvertised contract position in the finance department during the same period Logan was testifying against Reynolds.

• On July 13, 2022, Reynolds was indicted by Grand Jury for the interaction with Logan and Lakota. Boyko sends a congratulations email to Logan which acknowledges she knew Logan was testifying.

• Boyko attempted to conceal Logan contract for months. On Aug. 16, 2022 Boyko directs Admin. staff to not discuss Jenni Logan contract “among the office.”
