- Supervised sham investigation of allegations made by Jenni Logan. Detectives and investigators conducted a single interview of Lakota Golf Coach, Gene Powell. The interview lasted less than 17 minutes and contradicted parts of Logan allegations.
- Detectives/BCI failed to interview anyone other than Lakota Golf Coach, Gene Powell. There were 3 additional high ranking Lakota officials that participated in two meetings with Reynolds and Logan.

- Matthew Strout, Lakota Attorney, Bricker & Eckler
- Detectives/BCI failed to provide key documents through discovery to Reynolds. Documents were turned over by Four Bridges Country Club via State subpoena
- Detectives/BCI failed to ask Logan about Powell emails that contradicted her interview statements.
